At 2nd Mission Give Back, we recognize that many veterans carry invisible wounds long after military service ends. PTSD Awareness Month is an opportunity to raise awareness, encourage understanding, and remind those who may be struggling that support is available. Community Service in Action
At 2nd Mission Give Back, we believe service does not stop when the uniform comes off — our mission continues through community support and outreach.
During the Thanksgiving season, volunteers from 2nd Mission Give Back proudly joined the community in serving meals at Ms. Dot’s Annual Thanksgiving Community Luncheon in Melbourne, Florida. The long-running event, organized by humanitarian Dorothy “Ms. Dot” Linson, brings together volunteers and organizations from across Brevard County to ensure that individuals and families have access to a warm Thanksgiving meal.
This annual outreach event, held at the Eddie Lee Taylor Sr. Community Complex, has served hundreds of residents over the years and continues to reflect the power of community service and compassion.
We are honored to volunteer alongside other community members and organizations who share the same commitment to helping others.y.
